Analytics for your Facebook Page is our most frequently requested feature to-date, but replicating the successful experience we have created for Twitter was a rather difficult task until recently when Facebook updated its API. The latest updates gave us the ability to surface the number of impressions per post so we can help you visualize at-a-glance your most far-reaching posts. You can use this to begin crafting content that would earn you more likes, comments, and impressions. See if you can identify successful patterns to inform your Facebook content strategy.
Like Twitter analytics, the new Facebook integration also keeps track of how your audience is growing over time. The number of total likers over time is something you can find in your Facebook Insights, but we wanted to include this information in the same place where you get your Twitter analytics to help you easily compare these two media channels. Finally, we have identified your top fans (let’s agree to call them “fans” not “likers” :-). Click on their names to browse their public Facebook profile to get a sense of who they are and what they are interested in. Even though you can’t send your top fans a public @reply like on Twitter, we believe this page is a good start to learning about your community.
