Working in social media marketing means really proving out the ROI in what we do. Most of the businesses we talk to are still just trying to understand social media and gather the right analytics. We've been talking to them for almost a year now while exploring different product directions, and the story is largely the same today as it was a year ago.
What I don't like about this video is that the examples that they used are examples being tossed around by everyone else, and they are mostly mega-brands. At Conversely, we are interested in replicating these success stories for every business and organization out there, empowering them with the right tools to really use social media effectively to achieve their goals.
